A tasty mackerel dish bursting with flavour, and naturally rich in healthy omega 3 fats. The potato salad is packed with vegetables which add essential fibre and extra flavour.

My frittata muffins are a delicious option for breakfast. These little muffins are surprisingly very filling, and high in protein. They're a great option for making in advance, then grabbing to go in the morning.
